What is Picture Prompt Challenge?
Pour out your emotions and gratitude in a poem about the given picture. The winning poem shall be featured in the next issue of Sharing Stories Magazine along with a prize.
July 2020 Prompt.
2020 has given us our own living Gods. They are not seated in the Sanctum sanctorum of Temples, Churches or other religious places, but working day and night for us in the hospitals, amidst the grave risk of infection and disease. This month’s Picture Poetry Prompt is dedicated to these brave soldiers and saviors in the times of Pandemic called Covid-19.
Guidelines
- Only one entry per person.
- Previously published work is not eligible for the contest.
- Last date of submission – 15th July 2020
- Lines limit – The poem should be written in a maximum of 15 lines.
- Send your entry to (share@sharingstories.in) in a word document, along with your name, mobile number, a picture of you and a bio (3-4 lines) in third person.
- Prize will be only delivered within India. Though Winning entries outside India will be featured.
- Share the link of this page on your Social Media and tag #Sharingstorieslive and #sharingstorieswritingcontest
